Most universities treat career support as a final-year add-on. At BITS Pilani Dubai, our Career Services team operates differently — building a relationship with every student from their very first semester.

We guide students through internships, portfolio building, and professional networking long before placement season — so when it arrives, you're already ahead.

Every workshop, mock interview, and portal listing is designed around real placement outcomes — not just CV checkboxes. We track what works, refine what doesn't, and build programmes that have a measurable impact on where our students land. Career readiness isn't a side activity here; it's built into the culture from day one.

From the very first semester, we introduce students to LinkedIn, professional branding, and the importance of early internships. Orientation sessions walk Year 1 students through what employers look for — so they can start building evidence, not just grades.

Turn Experience Into Portfolio

By Year 3, students have internship experience, academic projects, and skills that need to be packaged powerfully. We run CV review sessions, mock interviews with our AI simulation tool, and facilitate introductions to recruiters across the UAE and India.
